30 July 2025 - Tullow Oil plc (Tullow) announces that Sheila Khama, Independent Non-Executive Director, has notified the Company of her decision to step down from the Board with effect from 1 August 2025 to focus on her other professional commitments and roles outside of Tullow.

Phuthuma Nhleko, Chairman of Tullow Oil Plc, said: "On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Sheila for her contribution and support over the last six years and wish her well in her future endeavors."

This notification is made in accordance with UKLR 6.4.6.
