Director Declaration

03 January 2025 - Pursuant to Listing Rule 6.4.9(2), Tullow Oil plc announces that, Sheila Khama, an independent Non-Executive Director of the Board, has been appointed as an independent a Non-Executive Director of ACWA Power, with effect from 1 January 2025. ACWA Power is listed on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).
