Tinopolis PLC11 October 2007 Tinopolis PLC Trading Update 10 October 2007 Tinopolis, one of the UK's largest independent producers of content fortelevision, learning and new media, issues the following trading update for thetwelve months ended 30 September 2007. The Directors are pleased to report that the Company continues to experiencestrong trading conditions and has made solid progress in meeting its objectivesfor the year. The BBC's decision to terminate its "Jam" project in March thisyear, which we reported in our Interim Statement, was damaging to our learningand new media business. Final settlement of our "Jam" contracts has now beenagreed with the BBC in line with the information set out in our interim results. The Directors expect to report results in line with market expectations. Revenuevisibility across the Group remains excellent and the directors view the outlookfor the current year with confidence. Tinopolis will announce its preliminary results in January 2008.
