Director/PDMR Shareholdings
Time Finance plc, the AIM listed independent specialist finance provider, announces that on 27 February 2025, James Roberts, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, and Tracy Watkinson, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 9,433 and 18,231 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 53.00 pence and 54.85 pence per share respectively.
As a result, James Roberts and Tracy Watkinson are now interested in 663,596 Ordinary Shares and 18,231 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.7% and 0.1% of the Company's issued share capital respectively.
