Time Finance plc, the AIM listed specialist finance provider, announces that it was notified on 10 July 2023 that Ron Russell, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 26.0 pence per Ordinary Share on that same day.
As a result of this purchase of Ordinary Shares, Ron Russell is now interested in an aggregate of 11,422,788 Ordinary Shares, representing 12.3% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
