Director/PDMR Shareholding
Time Finance plc, the AIM listed independent specialist finance provider, announces that it was notified on 20 October 2023 that Ron Russell, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 120,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a weighted average price of 29.52 pence per share, via UK Private Healthcare Ltd, on that same day. Ron Russell, together with his spouse, are interested in 50.01% of UK Private Healthcare Ltd's issued share capital.
Following this transaction, Ron Russell has a total beneficial interest in 11,542,788 Ordinary Shares, including those held by his spouse, representing 12.48% of the Company's issued share capital.
