Interim dividend for 2019 - Payment of dividend in Sterling
On 8 August 2019, TI Fluid Systems plc announced that its Board had recommended an interim dividend of 3.02 euro cents per ordinary share for 2019.
The dividend will be paid in Sterling on 27 September 2019 to holders of ordinary shares on the register on the record date of 16 August 2019.
The dividend amount of 3.02 euro cents was converted from Euro to Sterling using the London closing spot rate on Friday 16 August 2019. Accordingly, the Sterling dividend payable on 27 September 2019 will be 2.76 pence per ordinary share.
