Appointment of Director

Crimson Tide is pleased to announce Mr Luke Jeffrey has been appointed as a Director with immediate effect.

Mr Jeffrey joined the Company in July 2005 and has held increasingly senior technical roles, culminating in his appointment as Technical Director. Luke holds a Master of Science degree from University of East Anglia.

Commenting on the appointment, Barrie Whipp, Executive Chairman of Crimson Tide said ""I am very pleased to welcome Luke to the board of directors. He has been instrumental in the development of our mpro systems and is a cornerstone of our strategy going forward"

Luke Anthony Jeffrey (aged 29)

Luke holds no other Directorships, and has held no other Directorships in the past 5 years.

He has no direct interest in the share capital of the company. He is indirectly interested in the share capital company by virtue of his holding of 3 million options over Ordinary Shares in the Company. These options were granted in three tranches of 1 million as follows:

Each option is exercisable between the second and tenth anniversary of their grant, subject to the achievement of a share price of 2.5 pence.

There are no further disclosures required in accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules.
