The Company is pleased to announce that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31st December 2010 is now available and can be accessed via the following website:

Click on the "Investors" tab, then click on "Documents/Reports" in the Investor Documents section on the left.
Also within this section, is the Notice of Annual General Meeting to be held at Tavern Cellars, 39-41 The Pantiles, Tunbridge Wells, Kent TN2 6TE on 29th June 2011 at 11:00am, together with a Proxy Form enabling shareholders to vote on the resolutions to be proposed at the meeting.
