02.04.2009 Shareholders Relations Division
As per the resolution of the Board of Directors dated 26.11.2008, it is decided that the Investor Relations Unit, which has been operating under the Financial Management Division since 1998 to help shareholders to excercise their rights, and providing communication between the Board and the shareholders, shall operate as a separate division. Also, as per the resolution of the Board of Directors dated 26.03.2009, nr. 35340, Mr. Suleyman H. Ozcan has been appointed as Head of Investor Relations Division and has taken office as of 01.04.2009.
