Digital Barriers plc (AIM: DGB), the specialist provider of advanced surveillance technologies to the security and defence sectors, announces that following admission of the new ordinary shares issued pursuant to the placing announced on 16 October 2013, the Board of Directors' interests, including the shares they subscribed to pursuant to the placing, are as follows:
