Thruvision (AIM:THRU), the leading provider of "safe distance" people-screening technology to the international security market, announces that on 19 April 2021, Katrina Nurse, a Non-Executive Director of Thruvision, purchased 67,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 29.9p. In addition, Mark Nurse, the husband of and accordingly a Closely Associated Person to Katrina Nurse, also purchased 67,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 29.9p.
Following this transaction, the beneficial shareholding holding in the Company of Katrina Nurse and her closely Associated Persons is 134,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.09% of the Company's total issued share capital and total voting rights.
