TARGET HEALTHCARE REIT PLC (the "Company")

RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING

At a general meeting of the Company's shareholders held at 12 noon today, the resolutions approving the recommended proposals in respect of the issue of new Ordinary Shares (the "New Shares") on a non pre-emptive basis pursuant to an initial placing, offer for subscription, intermediaries offer (together, the "Initial Issue") and placing programme of New Shares were voted on by way of a poll and duly passed by shareholders.

In addition, the Board is pleased to confirm that the Board has today allotted 54,054,054 New Shares in aggregate to subscribers under the Initial Issue (subject only to Admission on 3 March 2021).
