Dividend Timetable

Terrace Hill Group plc, the AIM-listed property group, announces that its final dividend of 0.54 pence per ordinary share, announced in its preliminary results on 25 February 2009, will be payable to shareholders on 7 April 2009, with a record date of 20 March 2009, subject to shareholder approval at its annual general meeting on 2 April 2009.
