Notification under AIM Rule 17:

The Company was notified on 27 September 2012 of the following purchase by a Director:

Robert Adair, Executive Chairman:

On 27 September 2012, 450,000 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company at a price of 9.75 pence per share, purchased for his SIPP.

Following this transaction Robert Adair is deemed to have a total beneficial interest of 133,266,239 shares, representing 62.87% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
