Gitone Loan Update
This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of Regulation 596/2014.
Further to its announcement of 27 January 2020 the Board of Thalassa announces that Thalassa and Gitone Beteiligungsverwaltungs GmbH (the "Partner") have executed a Variation Agreement to the Original Agreement entered into by the two parties, as announced 27 January 2020, whereby Thalassa's Loan to the Partner shall be limited to the initial amount of €5.5 million already extended to the Partner. The Variation Agreement also includes certain put/call option conditions available to both parties on the same terms.
The other commercial terms of the Loan announced on 27 January 2020 remain unchanged.
