Director's Dealing

Francis Smulders, a Non-executive Director of Thalassa, advised the Company on 24 January 2016 that he has bought 20,000 shares in the Company at a price of 34p per share on 22 January 2016.

Following this transaction, Mr Smulders is now interested in 20,000 shares in the Company, which represents 0.01% of the issued share capital of Thalassa, based on 23,608,865 shares in issue (excluding those held in treasury).
