Director's Dealing

Duncan Soukup, the Chairman of Thalassa, yesterday advised the Company that, on that day, he bought 75,000 ordinary shares of US$ 0.01 in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 51p per Share.

Following completion of this transaction, Mr Soukup will be interested in 3,437,571 Shares, which represents 13.9% of Thalassa's total voting rights.
