The Company announces that on 3 May 2023 Christian St John Dennis (non-executive director), a person discharging management responsibility, transferred 400,000 ordinary shares of £0.025 each from his personal holding to his self‐invested personal pension ("SIPP") at a price of 30p per ordinary share. Christian's total beneficial interest in shares of the Company has not changed as a result of the transfer.
