Correction - PDMR/Director Dealing
The Company issues a correction to the previous announcement. Mr. Alastair Bath (Executive Director), a person discharging management responsibility, has been issued a total of 54,545 ordinary shares of £0.025 each, as part of the Subscription (see 17 January 2024 RNS), in the capital of the Company, on 13 May 2024 as set out in the below notification table.
Mr Bath now holds 995,371 of ordinary shares of £0.025 each in the capital of the Company, representing 0.76%.

About Tirupati Graphite
Tirupati Graphite Plc is a specialist Graphite producer and a supplier of the critical mineral for a decarbonised economy and the energy transition. The Company places a special emphasis on green applications including renewable energy, e-mobility, energy storage and thermal management, and is committed to ensuring its operations are sustainable.
