Tekmar Group plc (AIM: TGP), the leading provider of technology and services for the global offshore energy markets, announces that on 28 January 2025, Fraser Gibson, managing director of RYDER, a subsidiary of the Company, sold a total of 170,000 ordinary shares of Ā£0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at the price of 6.52 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Fraser Gibson holds a total of 111,711 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.08% of the current issued share capital.
This announcement is made pursuant to the Company's obligations under Article 19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
