Director Holding

Further to the Company's announcement of 21 January 2014, 2,146,616 common shares of no par value in the Company ("Common Shares") have been issued and allotted to ECK Partners Holdings Limited ("ECK") and consequently ECK's enlarged holding is 2,521,616 Common Shares.

Ilyas Khan, a Director of the Company, is a 95% beneficial owner of ECK. He is also the sole beneficial owner of Pennine Capital Limited who hold a further 23,000,000 Common Shares in the Company.

Therefore Ilyas Khan is now beneficially interested in 25,521,616 Common Shares in the Company representing 12.54% of the current issued share capital of Touchstone Gold.
