Annual General Meeting statement
At the Annual General Meeting of F W Thorpe Plc, Chairman, Andrew Thorpe, will make the following statement.
"Now I must say a few words in regards to prospects for the coming year.
The last financial year returned to our favoured pattern with a gradual and ongoing improvement in our business volumes and with no unexpected surprises.
The new year in which we currently find ourselves continues in the same vein to date and it is hoped that our fortunes will remain on this upward trend.
A further reduction in traditional technology production in favour of LED is expected with a corresponding reduction in complexity within the business.
This and our widening sales platform should provide us with further growth."
