Notification of a Transaction of a Director

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2. (R), the Company was notified on 28 April 2016 that Richard Hope, Group Finance Director, transferred 297 ordinary shares of the Company into his ISA, of which he is the sole beneficiary at a price of £1.755 per share. The shares are registered in the name of HSDL Nominees Limited.

The above transaction does not affect Mr Hope's total holding and shares in which he is interested, which stand at 196,580 shares being 0.37% of the issued share capital of the Company.
