Notification of Transaction of Director

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2. (R), the Company was notified on 10 June 2016 that Daemmon Reeve, Group CEO, purchased 300 ordinary shares of the Company on that day at a price of £1.70 per share. The shares, representing 0.0006% of the issued share capital of the company, are registered in his name.

Following this transaction Mr Reeve's total beneficial holding stands at 154,798 shares being 0.29% of the issued share capital of the Company.
