Notification of Transactions of Directors
In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2. (R), the Company was notified on 11 April 2016 that Daemmon Reeve, Group CEO, had acquired 2,190 Ordinary shares of the Company at a price of 172.7p per share, pursuant to a dividend reinvestment plan. The transaction took place on 8 April and the shares are registered in his name.
Following the transaction the total beneficial holding of Daemmon Reeve is 141,311 shares being 0.27% of the issued share capital of the Company.
The Company was also notified on 12 April 2016 that Richard Hope, Group Finance Director, had acquired 370 Ordinary shares of the Company, pursuant to dividend reinvestment plans as below:
