Board Appointments
Treatt plc, the manufacturer and supplier of innovative ingredient solutions for the flavour, fragrance, beverage and consumer product industries, announces the appointment of two independent Non-executive Directors. Yetunde Hoffman will join the Board with effect from 20th March 2019 and Lynne Weedall with effect from 6th April 2019.
Yetunde has worked extensively across many Asian countries, the US and Europe with strategic, commercial and operational transformation skills developed through her experience at Allied Domecq, Unilever, Imperial Brands and Northern Foods.
Lynne is a director with significant strategy, change management, remuneration and acquisition experience from posts including Whitbread Plc, Dixons Carphone Plc, Selfridges Group and Greene King Plc.
Commenting on the appointments Tim Jones, Chairman of Treatt, said "I would like to welcome Yetunde and Lynne to Treatt. Their experience and knowledge further strengthen the Board's skillset as the Company pushes forward its strategy for progressive global growth over coming years."
Lynne is a Non-executive Director of Greene King Plc, a constituent of the FTSE 250. Treatt confirms that there is no further information to be disclosed under the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.13 in relation to these appointments.
