It was announced on 30 November 2010 in accordance with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, that Chalkwell advises that its issued share capital comprised 2,452,854Β ordinary shares of 0.001p each, with each share carrying the right to one vote.

The actual number of shares in issue is 2,452,857 and the revised announcement is as follows:

In accordance with the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company hereby announces that it has 2,452,857Β ordinary shares of 0.001p each in issue, with each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.

The above figure of 2,452,857Β ordinary shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
