Changes in Shareholdings
The Company has been notified today that Channel Equity Partners (BVI) Limited ("CEP") has today sold 1,300,000 warrants in respect of Ordinary Shares to the SF T1ps Smaller Companies Growth Fund ("T1ps") (representing an aggregate of approximately 21.25% of the share capital of the Company on a fully diluted basis). T1ps also holds 333,333 Ordinary 0.1p Shares in the Company, representing 13.59% of the Company's issued share capital (equivalent to 5.45% of the share capital of the Company on a fully diluted basis). CEP retains 135,403 Ordinary 0.1p Shares in the Company, representing 5.52% of the Company's issued share capital and £40,514.50 of convertible unsecured loan notes (equivalent, in combination, to 5.53% of the share capital of the Company on a fully diluted basis).
