Notifications of Transactions of Directors/ Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons

Telecom Plus PLC received notification today that Charles Wigoder, Executive Chairman, made a gift of 150,000 ordinary shares of 5p each to the Wigoder Family Foundation on 24 May 2013.

Mr Wigoder now has a beneficial interest in 12,931,041 shares and a non-beneficial interest in 3,050,000 shares, representing approximately 18.3 percent and 4.3 percent respectively of the total voting rights in the Company.

The total number of shares in which Mr Wigoder retains an interest remains unchanged at 15,981,041 shares, representing approximately 22.6 percent of the total voting rights in the Company.
