Telecom Plus PLC07 February 2007 Telecom plus plc (the "Company") Director's Shareholding The Company received notification today that Charles Wigoder made a gift of250,000 shares to the Wigoder Family Foundation on 6 February 2007. Mr Wigoder now has a beneficial interest in 13,934,041 shares, and a nonbeneficial interest in 2,050,000 shares. The total number of shares in which MrWigoder retains an interest remains unchanged at 15,984,041 shares, representingapproximately 23.2 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
