Blocklisting Application
Telecom plus PLC (LSE:TEP) announces that application has today been made to the UK Listing Authority for the blocklisting of, and to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of, 2,500,000 ordinary shares of 5p each to be admitted to the Official List.
The block admission relates to ordinary shares which will be allotted from time to time in accordance with the exercise of options under the Company's Employee Share Option Plan and Networkers and Consultants Share Option Plan and will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares in issue. It is anticipated that the blocklisting application will be granted on 22 September 2010.
