Block Listing Application

Telecom Plus PLC (the "Company") announces that an application has been made to the FCA and the London Stock Exchange ("LSE") for the listing of 840,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to trade on the LSE and to be admitted to the FCA's Official List. All of these Ordinary Shares are being reserved under extensions to existing block listings and will be issued as a result of the exercise of share options pursuant to the following schemes:

Amount Scheme

750,000 The Telecom Plus PLC Employee Share Option Plan and the Telecom Plus PLC Networkers and Consultants Share Option Plan brought together with a new scheme called The Telecom Plus Omnibus Plan

90,000 The Telecom Plus 2021 Deferred Share Bonus Plan

It is expected that admission of these Ordinary Shares will become effective on 31 July 2025. These shares, which will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue, will be allotted from time to time in accordance with the exercise of options under the Plans.
