Block Listing Application

Telecom Plus PLC (the "Company") announces that an application has been made to the FCA and the London Stock Exchange ("LSE") for the listing of 100,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to trade on the LSE and to be admitted to the FCA's Official List. All of these Ordinary Shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued periodically pursuant to awards made to employees and directors under the Company's 2021 Deferred Share Bonus Plan ("DBP 2021") approved by shareholders in 2020.

It is expected that admission of these Ordinary Shares will become effective on 21 July 2023. These shares, which will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares in issue, will be allotted from time to time in accordance with the vesting of awards made under the DBP 2021.
