Ten Secures Contract with Global Financial Services Firm to provide Content Services

Ten Lifestyle Group plc (AIM: TENG), a leading technology-enabled, global concierge platform for the world's wealthy and mass affluent, is pleased to announce it has secured a contract to deliver Content services for an existing major global financial services client.

The Content service is expected to increase customer engagement with Ten's digitally-enabled concierge service, launched in December 2020, and with the client's customer proposition more generally.

The addition of the revenue from the Content service is expected to grow the existing Small1 contract to a Medium contract in the first half of this financial year.

This contract expansion is incorporated within the Group's existing growth plan.

1 Ten categorises its corporate client contracts based on the annualised value paid, or expected to be paid, by the corporate client for the provision of concierge and related services by Ten as: Small contracts (below £0.25m); Medium contracts (between £0.25m and £2m); Large contracts (between £2m and £5m); and Extra Large contracts (over £5m). This does not include the revenue generated from suppliers through the provision of concierge services.

Notice of Preliminary Results

The Group expects to announce its preliminary results, for year ended 31 August 2021, on 24 November 2021, where further details will be provided.
