Ten Lifestyle Group plc (AIM: TENG), a leading technology-enabled lifestyle and travel service platform, announces that it has today received notification that Dr. Natalie Cheatle, wife of Alex Cheatle, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 25,850 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 77.12p, on 10 March 2020.
Following the purchase, Mr Cheatle, together with his wife, have a total interest in the Company of 11,093,289 Ordinary Shares, representing 13.75% of the total voting rights of the Company.
The notification below, made in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation, provides further details in relation to the purchase of Ordinary Shares.
