Ten Lifestyle Group plc (AIM: TENG), a leading technology-enabled lifestyle and travel service platform, announces that it yesterday received notification that Catherine Donald, wife of Alan Donald, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 25,641 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 78.00p, on 10 March 2020.
Following the purchase, Mr Donald, together with his wife, have a total interest in the Company of 100,641 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.12% of the total voting rights of the Company.
