Ten Lifestyle Group plc (AIM: TENG), a leading technology-enabled lifestyle and travel service platform, announces that it has received notification on 9 March 2020 that John Harrison, husband of Sarah Hornbuckle, Client Services Director, purchased 13,500 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at an average price 72.50p, on 9 March 2020.
Following the purchase, Mrs. Hornbuckle, together with her husband, have a total interest in the Company of 714,983 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.89% of the total voting rights of the Company.
