Director/PDMR Shareholding
Ten Lifestyle Group plc (AIM: TENG), a leading technology-enabled, global concierge platform for the world's wealthy and mass affluent, announces that it has received notice that Alan Donald, Chief Financial Officer, transferred 21,520 Ordinary Shares in the Company into an ISA by selling 21,677 Ordinary Shares at 92.5p and purchasing 21,520 Ordinary Shares into the ISA at 92.7p, on 1 April 2021.
The Company also received notice that Catherine Donald, wife of Mr. Donald, transferred 21,520 Ordinary Shares in the Company into an ISA by selling 21,677 Ordinary Shares at 92.5p and purchasing 21,520 Ordinary Shares into the ISA at 92.7p, on 1 April 2021.
Following this sale and purchase, Mr. Donald, together with his wife, has a total interest in the Company of 100,040 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.12% of the total voting rights of the Company.
