Ten Lifestyle Group plc (AIM: TENG), a leading technology-enabled lifestyle and travel platform for the world's wealthy and mass affluent, announces that it has received notification that Gillian Davies, Non-Executive Director, purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at the price of 98.75p and purchased a further 10,000 Ordinary Shares at 100.00p per share, on 11 June 2018.
Gillian Davies's total interest in the Company is now 20,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.02% of the total voting rights of the Company.
