Director/PDMR Shareholding
Ten Lifestyle Group plc (AIM: TENG), a leading technology-enabled lifestyle and travel service platform, announces that it has received notice that on 8 March 2022 Alan Donald, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 24,969 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 79.8955p per Ordinary Share.
Following the purchase, Mr. Donald, together with his wife, has a total interest in the Company of 125,009 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.15% of the total voting rights of the Company.
The Company also received notice the same day that that Julian Pancholi, Non-Executive Director, purchased 92,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 84.364p per Ordinary Share.
Julian Pancholi's total interest in the Company is now 428,664 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.51% of the total voting rights of the Company.
