Ten Lifestyle Group plc (AIM: TENG), a leading technology-enabled lifestyle and travel service platform, announces that it has received notice that on 14 January 2022 Bruce Weatherill, Non-Executive Chairman, purchased 105,460 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 115.79p per Ordinary Share.
Following the purchase, Mr. Weatherill, has a total interest in the Company of 905,460 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.08% of the total voting rights of the Company.
The notification below, made in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation, provides further details in relation to the purchase of Ordinary Shares.
