Ten Lifestyle Group plc (AIM: TENG), a leading technology-enabled lifestyle and travel platform for the world's wealthy and mass affluent, announces that it has received notification that Bruce Weatherill, Chairman and Non-Executive Director, purchased 23,477 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at the price of £1.12 per share, on 5 August 2019.
Mr Weatherill's total interest in the Company is 800,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.99% of the total voting rights of the Company.
