Guident Ltd Appoints Director

Tekcapital plc (AIM: TEK), the UK intellectual property (IP) investment group focused on creating marketplace value from university technology, announces that its wholly owned portfolio company Guident Ltd ("Guident") has appointed Johan De Nysschen as a director.

Mr. De Nysschen has served as senior executive of several leading automotive companies, including Executive Vice President of General Motors and President of the Cadillac Motor Division, President of Infiniti Motor Company Ltd, President of Audi of America Inc, and President of Audi Japan, amongst other positions. Johan has proven his capabilities as a global manager and visionary leader in the automotive industry.

Johan earned an MBA from the University of Pretoria and a Bachelors in economics from Nelson Mandela University.
