Update re Equity issue The Company is pleased to announce that, further to the announcement of 18August 2005, it has received commitments from institutional investors tosubscribe for the 9,000,000 ordinary shares of the Company available under theplacing at a price of 37p per ordinary share. Application has been made forthese shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected tocommence on 25 August 2005. Canaccord Capital (Europe) Limited acted as brokerto the placing. The offer for subscription also announced on 18 August of up to 1,000,000ordinary shares at 37p per ordinary share is expected to close on 9 September2005 and a further announcement will be made shortly thereafter.
