Annual Report and AGM Notice
Ten Entertainment Group plc (the "Company") has today published the following documents:
· Annual Report for the year ended 1 January 2023
· Notice of 2023 Annual General Meeting ("Notice")
· Form of Proxy for the 2023 Annual General Meeting
Copies of these documents have been posted or otherwise made available to shareholders today. Shareholders who have elected to receive paper copies of shareholder communications from the Company will shortly receive copies of the documents. Shareholders who have elected, or are deemed to have elected, to receive electronic communications from the Company will shortly receive a notification of availability of the 2022 Annual Report & Accounts and Notice of 2023 Annual General Meeting on the Company's website (www.tegplc.co.uk).
In compliance with LR 9.6.1 copies of the above documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism for submission to the Financial Conduct Authority and will shortly be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
The Annual Report and Notice are available to view on the Group's website at www.tegplc.co.uk.
The Annual General Meeting will be held at 12.15 p.m. on Thursday 4 May 2023 at 6 Stratton Street, London, W1J 8LD.
