The TEG Group Plc, the AIM-listed cutting edge green technology company, which develops and operates organic composting and energy plants, announces that 38,389,485 New Ordinary Shares have today been issued and admitted to trading on AIM pursuant to the Placing and Open Offer.
Following Admission of the New Ordinary Shares, the interests of the Directors in the Ordinary Shares of the Company are as follows:
