Ten Entertainment Group PLC announces that it has received notification that Harwood Capital LLP as a PCA have sold 5,277,486 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 19 December, for an aggregated total price of £15,304,984.26. Christopher Mills, Non-Executive Director of the Company, is also Chief Investment Officer of Harwood Capital. None of these shares relate to Mr Mills personal holding.
