Ten Entertainment Group PLC announces that it has received notification that Nick Basing, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, has transferred 100,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a nil cost from his account held with Forest Nominees Limited to P.H. Nominees Limited. Nick Basing remains the holder of the shares.
