The Company announces that it has been informed that on 28 July 2009 David Durant, Planning and Design Director, acquired 10,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence in the Company at a price of 67 pence per share. Mr. Durant now has a beneficial interest in 1,187,533 ordinary shares, representing 2.98% of the issued share capital and Total Voting Rights of the Company.
